Delete your account

In the app (fastest): open Gradually on your phone — or the web version at app.gogradually.com — go to Settings → Delete Account and confirm. Your account and all associated data are deleted immediately.

By email (alternative): send your deletion request to contact@gogradually.com. We will process your request promptly and confirm once the deletion is complete.

Please note that account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
